Step
1 - Needs Analysis:
This is a free of charge information
gathering session for us to find out more about you. We will outline
what you hope to achieve from your training, set realistic, SMART
goals and identify any postural/muscular imbalances you yourself
may not be aware of which we can combat and overcome.Most people
seek to decrease pain. This is our primary objective, together with
restoring normal range of movement and function.
Step 2 -
Training:
Together we will work on technique
correction and identifying the parts of the programme you fiind
enjoyable and the parts you find more challenging. We are here to
motivate you towards achieving your goals and we do this through
involving you as much as possible in the design and implementation
of your programme.
Step 3 - Continued
Progression:
Using a method known as periodisation, we
can progress your workouts at specific times to overcome the natural
plateau we suffer from as our bodies adapt to the training, this
way we can continue to gain optimal results.
